Terri McChesney has over 35 years in customer service, and she’s served in various positions across corporate America. She has nearly three decades of experience specifically within real estate, and she began her journey by doing flips and managing rental properties.
While buying and selling real estate Terri encountered many “sales-y” agents. She decided that there had to be a better way to help people. Her choice was to earn her Realtor® license two decades ago. Since then, she has helped over 200 families while being a full-time mom to three beautiful children, a successful eBay entrepreneur, and a professor’s assistant.
Now that her children are older, the focus is back to the basics. These include how to best serve the community with the highest integrity and improving real estate transactions as we know it.
Terri’s specialties are investors, sellers, first-time buyers, second homes, foreign investors, renters, luxury homes, and more. Experienced with remodels, flips, and buy and holds, she excels at treating the customer with the utmost respect. Terri can also accommodate follow-ups, negotiations, and accurate market values, which is helpful when listing your home to sell.
